The Customer Support Network
was founded in 2001. From the beginning, it has been our goal to
improve the online experience for both consumers and businesses. We
believe that consumers should be treated the same, if not better, on the
web than in traditional brick and mortar stores. In addition, we
believe that businesses that adopt such a philosophy will themselves be
successful on the web. For this reason, the Customer Support Network
and this website were started. Our mission is to be the leading
provider of online customer support information on the web so that
businesses can provide better online customer support--to the benefit of
both themselves and online consumers.
From our expertise in this field, we have
developed two products under our CSLive (Customer Service Live) brand.
The first, CSLive Professional, is a complete online customer support
solution. The system integrates all of the major online customer
support aspects in one user-friendly, affordable system. The second
product, CSLive SB 2005, was designed in early 2005 to be an easy-to-use,
affordable live chat system. It provides all of the live customer
chat, real-time visitor tracking, and internal messaging features a small
business needs, at an incredible price.
